What we collect
- Your account: name, email, password (stored only as a hash), profile picture, your role and which apps and groups you can open.
- What you and your team put in: chat messages, files, funnels, dashboards, notes and settings.
- Data from services you connect, such as App Store Connect, Google Play, Stripe, Superwall or analytics tools: sales, subscriptions, downloads and similar business numbers. Keys you save are encrypted.
- Events your apps send with the Studio SDK, such as screens, purchases and an anonymous or app user id.
- Device data for notifications: a push token and the kind of device, if you allow notifications.
- Basic logs: IP address, browser and times of requests, kept for up to 30 days to keep Studio running and safe.
How we use it
We do not sell your data, show ads, or use your team’s content or your apps’ data to train AI models.
- To run Studio for you and your team: show your numbers, send the notifications you turn on, and keep your team’s chat and files.
- To keep Studio secure and to fix problems.
- To answer you when you write to us.
Your customers’ data
When your apps send events through the Studio SDK, or when Studio reads sales from your stores, your company decides what is collected and why; we process it for you, only to provide Studio. You are responsible for telling your users and for having a legal basis. We sign a data processing agreement on request.
Who else handles it
We use a few providers to run Studio, only for that purpose: Cloudflare (web delivery), Railway (servers and storage), Apple (push notifications) and Stripe (payments). They may process data outside Switzerland, including in the United States, under contracts with appropriate safeguards.
Cookies and storage
Studio uses your browser’s storage to keep you signed in and remember settings. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account we delete your personal data within 30 days, except what we must keep for tax and accounting (usually 10 years in Switzerland), and backups that age out within 35 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Keys you save in Studio are encrypted with a separate key. Access inside Kramer Ventures is limited to the people who need it to run the service.
The waitlist
If you join a waitlist we keep your email and which page you joined from, only to invite you. Every invite has a way to say no; ask us and we remove you at once.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop or limit how we use it. Write to team@kramer.llc from the email on your account and we answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU, the UK or Switzerland you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we tell you in Studio or by email before it takes effect. The date at the top is the last change.
